Description
From the appraisal document: Right side of a diptych. A bold drawing of an elephant eating hay with a western lady and child standing nearby. The colors are deep blue, rose and green. Much calligraphy is rendered in the upper part of the print along with signatures near the mid-right border. An unusual work by an artist who was also a known poet from the Osaka school.
